The simple answer is yes. The more in depth answer is what compression ratio are the pistons. If they are straight valve pistons in both engines than you should be ok as long as the bore is the same in both cylinders. Some people do crazy stuff with pistons. If you had the part number of the piston I could tell you if it would work.
