In search of an O470 mechanic near South West Georgia. I need the top end checked. It was rebuilt 100 hours ago but oil will leak past the rings on three of the cylinders causing it to smoke and foul out plugs.

Don't know any mechanics in the area, but what 3 cylinders are smoking? Do you know if they are plain steel, chrome or nitrited? How many hours when it started smoking, or did it ever stop?
Chrome cylinders are like choosing the mean puppy out of the bull dog litter. In both cases you have a goal of a faithful companion that is aggressive when needed, but it takes a few good beatings for success.
