my oil cooler is looking kinda crappy, any one have any suggestions for an angle valve IO540? thanks, Mike

my napa can't find a part number for the 9 row cooler, anyone have any info, Looks like I have the 6 row hayden now buts its looking pretty bad, thanks, Mike

Oil coolers can easily block up with dead bugs and vegitation. I spray Citrus Orange cleaner in between the vanes and let it sit for quite a while, then spray water through the filter till light easily passes through. I can't believe the junk that comes out after a buggy night on the marsh. I see an immediate temperature reduction every time I clean mine.

Summit sells a cooler that is small only about 10" by 10" for 60 or 65 dollars, its small and has alot of fins keeps my 0540 cool I know alot of people who run them. Just an idea.

Checked on the 9 row Hayden cooler. I went back to NAPA to get the correct # . It should be in thier Balkamp catalog. Part # 1-4760 it will be described as 18"x24" heavy duty oil cooler. My price was $181.00. Hope this helps.
