DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF OIL TO PUT IN A 0470 GPU WITH STOCK OIL PAN?

Welcome Lunker,
normal 6 cyl GPU level should be around 10 Qts but it is common to blow out the first Qt and maintain 9 or there abouts.

my OLD 470 was comfortable on the dip stick with 7 showing....any more than that it would blow out and run horribly.
 
I run 7 to 8 qts in mine with no problems, next oil change put in 7 qts and mark your dip stick....
