oil type

anyone know offhand what oil goes in the precision gearbox.

not sure about precision but the rotator box takes a green oil thats thicker than molasas it is only available from http://www.classicairboats.com and they recomend to change it every 30 hours, whatever box you have I would warm it up first it will drain better! If you cant get any info on your box maybe some of this info will help!

I asked when I bought my Precision box and was told 250wt mineral base oil and it should be changed every 50 - 60 hrs. I'm going to play it safe and get it from Precision.
