Anyone in Oklahoma getting a whif of this:

"House Bill 1970 by Reps. Armes and Dorman. Assigned to the House Committee on Natural Resources. Provides that no person may hunt wildlife, including waterfowl, from or with the aid of an airboat on any body of water designated by the Director of Wildlife Conservation. Bill would be effective immediately upon passage."

All of y'all in any coastal State like Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Alaska ....... if you think that these people are only gonna mess with Florida, think again.

These bastards have found a plum that they can pick because we are all too scattered, disorganized, and poor to fight them.

I think we need a national airboat association, with a full time, salaried crew and a couple of real good attorneys if we have any hope of keeping our boats.

The manufacturers have already failed to take the lead in this. That leaves it up to us.

you are right there need to be a national organization and I can't figure out why the manufactures don't get on board if we go away they go away.

I got word from Another Airboat Manufacturer that this problem has already been taken care of. At least two Manufactueres have been working on this for over 4 weeks, including a Texas Manufacturer and an Oklahoma Manufacturer.
I was not informed but my father was and contacted several friends/customers in Oklahoma that he thought could help.
