If we are going to do this, we need to do it quickly like Dec 1. We need a lead time to get this stuff to them. So I say Dec 1 what's every one else thinking?

Why not the first or second week of Jan that way there is plenty of time to plan.

I know it sounds crazy but I would have to say after the new year because having it December 1 is just not enough time to plan things out and I know for me the whole month of December is crazy for us with Christmas parties and things so. Just a thought.
