Some of you know that we were in the process of getting a new home. We were in it right around Christmas but things have been hard. The inspection was not done and lots of things. They finally put the finishing touches on it today and I thought I would take some pictures. They are in my gallery.
Sorry if I seem proud and happy but I am, this is the first home that we have bought. The other one was sort of a shack. :D
 
Congratulations Dakota n CC ! The first one YOU OWN will always be the best. You go ! Nothing like knowing it is yours ! I still remember every detail about the first one I owned like it was just yesterday !

Looks great. Now you need to throw a big house warming party southern airboat style. You can have a big bbq to celebrate. You could even do a gift registry at classic airboat for items around the house. :p

You know curdog I never thought about that, but that is a good idea for sure. I am going to have to look into that. :lol:
 
This is what I have been working so hard for my first new house and way to much stress for it glad it's almost over.

Hey Dakota and CC...nice crib. A housewarming party SA style sounds like the appropriate thing to do. I will even volunteer to be your own personal planning committee if you would like. We could plan it around my job hunting.......I have been researching facilities in your area. Anyhoo, nice place. I wish you many years of happiness and joy.
