I want to take the old paint off my a/c motor and repaint it, what would you guys use to get it off. THANKS

Are you painting it in the rigging or pulling the motor and re -doing things?

Aircraft paint stripper brush it on let it sit about 10 minutes then hose it off. Be careful not to get on wires or any plastic. use only on aluminum and metal surfaces.If your old paint is just faded and not flaking or peeling you can use a good zinc chromate primer then paint it without stripping the old paint

cage is finised and ready for powdercoat but motor is on boat
