PE90/470…. I am lost…..

Overhaul completed. All went well. New cylinders, Dry lash set, mags rebuilt, all new paint, all seems well.
All plugs are firing, BUT cylinders 2&4 are hot and seemingly right.. #2 is about350 degrees #4 is about 250 degrees. Cylinders 1 & 3 are 90-100 degrees cold to touch.
I have only ran short time about 20-45 seconds each time about a dozen times…..
It’s shimmying and loping running real rough. Idle revs up high then drops out about to stall. When I give it gas I have to push 1/12-3/4 throttle before it Reva up then when i release it it idles high again until drops out.
Checked everything possible that I could think of.
I was told to set firing at 25 degrees…. Is that correct?

PLEASE HELP

Well if you were closer to Miami I'd say bring it by, unless you want to make the trip down with it I can diagnose it.

I fixed it. It was stupid. I didn’t notice that one of the intake boots slipped off and was drawing raw unfueled air… OMG.
Runs like a sewing machine!
Hell yes. My first build in the books. Loughman lake races tomorrow!!!
