If the PE150 produces 220hp from six cylinders, then the four cylinder PE90 should make 140hp. Baised on both engines having the same bore & stroke. Granted there will be variances from rotating masses, carburation,... but all in all 220/6= 35

BTW: Looks like it's finally running as well as it's going to...It'll spin a 66x34 AIR-PROP (which is fairly wide stick) to 2,600~2,650 at WOT without sputtering! Granted that speed is below it's max, but that's all it'll do (it will hold that speed ~3/4 throttle)
