The one with the water brake on is a 4 cyl. ac. The wifey gave me the tap on the shoulder so I had to break it down. I ride on the dark side sometimes.

Orange and Lockloosa are two great places to ride, but like most of the rest of our Florida they need rain bad too.
Recent rains temporarily helped but they're not even close to the way they were even just a year ago. :(

In normal times Lockloosa is considered one of the best Speck fishin lakes around.

Those are great pictures, Dan.

Come up we will show you around. Orange lake and lochlosa are connected by cross creek. there is a good restaurant there. you can make a day out of it1

Cont520,Cross creek lodge is a great place to stay if you want to ride orange and lockloosa. We went about a year ago and had a great time. From Plant City you would take I-75 north to exit 358 which is hwy 326 and go east (right) to 301 north(left) you will go through the town of citra and when you get to 325 go left and cross creek lodge will be on your right. The creek connects the two lakes. You can tie your boat up at the bank and walk right to your room. Cross Creek Lodge

.When you get to Citra, FL you'll be at the South end of Orange. If you turn West at the only light in Citra that will take you over to Hwy. 441. Turn North on 441 and you'll run into McIntosh, FL. Sportsmen's Cove Fish Camp is just off 441 in McIntosh, and is very airboat friendly.

If you stay on Hwy. 301 past Citra, the next road West will be for Cross Creek. Take that road West and you'll run up on Marjorie Rawlings State Park. Good ramps and parking and you'll be on the North end of Orange.

If you continue on 301 past those two turnoffs you'll soon see Lockloosa on your left. There are a couple of public ramps right along the Hwy. there.

Really thanks for the info I should have my boat done in about 2 weeks.I will definitely hit yall up to go for a ride sounds fun. Thanks
