Possible Upgrades to Airboat Motor

Approximately 15 years ago, our agency bought an Airboat from GTO boats with a small block 350 and a Holly carb. I know it's an older motor, but would it be possible to change out the carburetor for an EFI system?

Yes, Holley sniper or a early 90's Chevy TBI package with ECU from a junk yard.
