The Powershift problem only with car motors?

I am not a lawyer by any stretch, but when my son was almost killed by a driver for a local ice company the company dodged a lawsuit by going out of business using the existing name and opening back up the same business under a diffrent name.

Nope, I now personally a guy that had a super charge 0540 aircraft that had a sirius come apart on him. Had to build a new boat from scratch
