Only thing Ive run has been a sensenich on a 13ft. fiberglass with 2 blade composite. I bowfish and joy ride, not much dry land , and would rather have power than speed. I was looking in airboat world magazine and saw some nice prpos , just don't know enough to make an educated decision. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Let you know in about 3 week I have a 14ft glass and 0540 angle and just put on a 72" 3 blade sensinch. All I need is to adjust it.

I have a 15' Airgator with an 0540 Angle Valve. Prop is a 72" 3 Blade Signature Series Powershift, spins at 2900rpm. The boat is new to me and have only had it out a few times but it pulls up and off dry ground with ease.

I would think either the Sensenich 3 blade or the Signature series 3 blade from Powershift would work well.

I know several with Sensenich 3 blade, they have lots of snap and allow you to rev up fast. I like them.

I currently have a 2 bladed Signature Powershift. Wish I had the 3 blade Signature - the 2 blade signature doesn't push as well as the old style Powershift 2 bladed I had. Want to upgrade to the 3 blade.

I would recommend a 2 Blade 72"-78" Terminator Composite, offerd by Tim Wagman at Florida Airboat Propellers. I run a 74" 2-blade on my 260h.p. 0-470 and I'm well pleased with it, it gives great push, and in my opinion its a great all around prop. Heres the website http://www.TerminatorPropellers.com, check it out and give them a call!

I run a Power Shift on my 0540. Great prop!
Reasons to buy a Power Shift:
Local rep
Very good push
Very sturdy & sound construction
Power Shift is a leader in protecting your rights to use your boat by hosting the airboat trader http://airboattrader.com/index.htm at no charge, volunteering at many, many airboat fundraising events (how about founding the Juvenile diabetes event at river ranch, for instance?) and donation of props to clubs as fundraisers.

I run a 74" 2 blade Terminator on a direct drive Cadillac. It has a lot of push but it also creates alot of noise. It seems to push the best when the vibration shakes the ground all around the hull....usually around 2850rpm. Looking to upgrade to 3 blade Sensenich. Oh yeah...the harmonics have been a little expensive to battle.

To clarify "vibration" in the above reply, I don't mean actual vibration but rather the vibrating sound coming off the blades that seems to be unique to Terminator props.
