350 DD 72 inch prop, 2 blade, trying to figure out what pitch to set them to when starting out and how to dial it in. its my first time trying to set the pitch on these props. The props that came on the boat were old and damaged so I had to get another set of props. Ive heard set both sides to 5 degrees or 8 degrees or 12 degrees. not sure where I should start. thanks for the input everyone.

You said it was turning 3,300, start at that pitch and add 3-4 degrees of pitch and retest. Add pitch until you get 2,800 WOT on trailer.
