Prop Question

I have a 72x36 LXL for sale on Ebay and someone asked a question I don't really know the answer to. The question was what horsepower would it take to run the prop on a direct drive. With that said I don't know if he is talking DD cadi or DD small block. In addition my question is this prop came off an 0540. Will it fit? Thanks for the help in advance.
