prop question

I run a 13' GTO fiberglass lake boat with a 220high performance bored out and high dome pistons dual mags. I have a 72 x 34 wide blade wood prop and can easily turn 3200rpm if needed. My question is will I be able to run dry ground better if I switched to warp drive? If so can i go to a smaller size warp say a 66' to 72" and still get the same results? I can run dry ground decent but not as well as I would like. There is polymer on the bottom. The boat is strong and will run around 55mph no problem. I am not worried if I lose some on top end as I do not need to go that fast I am just looking for a better snap and hole shot thant the 72 x 34 gives me know.
