finally made the switch from WW master blaster to sen. R series 80" the snap is awesome. they seem to pull a larger load on dry ground alot better. Will no that for sure when everything thaws out. I'm running an Alumitech 16.5X8 6.0 levitator and 2.3 belt. hope to go to 2.68 later in the summer. 80's today checking on spring bears :toothy7: :proud:

the weather has been cooler lately. lots of blacks being taken one nice one in Northway #308 picts on fb. the only griz seem to be with the fly in people. now moving on to the fish wheel and salmon.

you have more snap because you are runing a different class prop ... the whisper tip and R are in the same class .. the master blaster is in the clas with the S props .. so I am sure your motor thanks you for lightening the load on it ... Just a thought

thanks on the info cntry. any ideas on pepping up the 6.0 levitator? I have 189hrs on it. plan on going to 2:68 later in the fall..thanks

Naww sorry motor peppin up is too risky for me to advise anyone on LOL my luck it would blow up after an aircleaner suggestion and it would be blamed on me. I will venture a guess that a big block that needs a 2.68 to swing a r blade setup does need some peppin up though ....

this is an ls2-lq4 the best I can get off the numbers it is rated at 375hp. It runs real well and gets good economy. our wetlands get alot of silt and black sand mixed into the grass and tundra,mt its fine with a full moose things get sticky in a hurry. 3-blade 80"R..played with alot of hotrods but dependability is the key. heads,cam,ect...thanks :bounce:

well heard back from thunder not much I can do, because of the type of computer on the pcm-6.0 levitator. so will start saving for a new WT. 80's here today goin boatn :bounce:

fnally got some time off for moose season. the birds are moving south might be an early one this year. took boat out and added more pitch 4800 static and 5000 wot wow what a wake up way faster cruise and runs dry even better, threw in the come-along in case I get to brave. good luck on the fall hunts

what a season, our group got a 61",and 2 40's and a couple forks. got to haul the big one complete head horns and all with 3 people off way dry ground and it was no problem. I love these r-blades way more control. :bounce:

Tok,
Good to hear she's all dialed in finally.
Lets see some of those moose pics though.
We hauled out a whole moose lets guts, 47" bull.
Running 4 master blasters on a 502.
Laid branches down, loaded the boat, and stomped down to run ground and get home.
Awesome season.
BK

Tok, could you tell me a little about airboating around your area for duck hunters. I know Tetlin WR is closed to airboats, and the natives are protective about airboats on the rivers I've heard. I was planning a early season duck hunt there but cancelled due to imagioned difficulities. Bud
