I need some 3 or 4 grove pulley for my mini. Does any one know where to get some from? I have look all over the web and can't find any.what i would like to find is some cog pulley so if you know where to get them that would be great also. thanks for the help

Granger sells geared cog pulleys , ebay , or junk yards look for a motor cycles probably some other stuff

you need to figure out your gear ratio first so you know what your looking for

could i use chain and sprockets. i know i would have to do some thing about if the chain came off and hit the prop. Maybe make a box around it.

why would i need more then one chain. I don't think i would need a oil bath for them. i could use chain wax like i do on my four wheeler stuff works great.

just my opinion on multi chains same with oil bath. I know on my four wheelers the mass that they sprockets turn (wheel) does not produce near the load as a prop will and my add used to always tell me this phrase "better safe then sorry" so I would always rather over build something then under build IMHO
keep use posted with pictures of how yours single chain mini project turns out and holds up.
