Question about sensenich h blade

I have franklin 6 cylinder 0-355 helicopter engine I have the h blade on it its direct drive what should the prop be set at it has one two and three on it any recemendations I have it on a 12 ft x 7 hull but it has trouble pushing up airboat ramps
