I'm gonna say no, nothing is going to bond well to the 2000 (but would be thrilled if someone has a solution). We find 2000 over 2000 does not bond well. The picture below shows how the re-coat paint cracked right off.
We are giving up on our Steelflex 2000 setup, it ran like snot for a year, but it is just not practical to recoat every month. New 2000 over old 2000 and the new can be cracked off with my nail. I imagine any of the other slick coatings will give the same result.
The lesson learned here is that the hull should have been coated first with regular steel flex, with the 2000 on top, using different colors. Recoats would be much more effective over the wear areas. As it stands we got a chisel and a heat gun at work, taking it back to metal for a fresh steelflex (regular) job and poly.
