I am in the process of weighing a Stinger, Rotator and a Belt Drive on the same shipping scale. Today I weighed a 2.68 ratio Stinger gear box the entire unit weighed 66.2 lbs. I will weigh the belt drive Tuesday.

Real Gearbox and Belt drive weights

I must admit the belt drive unit was lighter than I expected. However a belt drive pretty much weighs twice as much as a Gearbox. The belt drive a C3 model weighed 131.8 lbs the gearbox weighed 66.2. Now the lowered belt drive or counter rotator belt drives are substantially heavier but I don't have one to weigh. I tend to ignore weights that people give me unless all of them are weighed on the same scale.
