Lol. I don’t own the water like some people think they do,,,we fish from Suwannee to Steinhatchee just depends on wind and tides

Haven’t been yet. New motor is supposed to be done next week. I’ll be hitting it hard after that. Will update when there’s something to talk about.

We’ve finally got some cool weather and the water temp has dropped so it should start gettin good. We r going Thursday I’ll give a report

Went last sat and sun
A lot of smaller reds and trout bigger fish were few and far between.
Few mid slot reds and a few 17-18" trout
The further we went into the creek the less we caught

Had fun new years weekend but been working on my boat since. Installed a new console, new wiring and switches.

Done now and hope to be back on the water this weekend or next.

Ok all you Low Tide Pirates,,, Big Moon and neg tides are here. Hope y’all made it thru the storms, Ramp access for us is gonna be challenging,, going Sat!

We caught a handful of fish today,,, nothin special. We did bring home couple reds for dinner. The coast has been changed for sure,, we put in near Horseshoe, that town has been destroyed. It’s truly ashamed

I fished Sat and Sun, all the creek north of the waccasassa were very different, seems like the storms shifted a lot of sand.

Trout were all over the creek mouths caught them on both zman, gulp and shrimp under a cork

Did catch a few reds in the mid slot.

Bit started about 2 hrs before low and 2 hrs after (water was still going ou)..

4-6" of water 1.5 miles offshore was great

We went today,,,very slow. Caught maybe 10-12 reds, shorts to mid slot and handful of trout only 3 keepers,,, Water is like 78,, we need some cold weather!!!

Spent the weekend. We hammered the bigger trout what were kept we 17-19" Super low water early sat 2-4" of water in front of the creeks.
Caught a number of red 19-22 did fid a 24 and 26" of sat.

water was clear but still tea colored from all the flood-water

All the trout were at the mouth of the creeks, reds were further back

Took some of the Grandkids today. Trout bite was awesome,, caught handful of reds. It’s only gonna get better. These are the days I truly enjoy!DB9E84AC-F2D6-4952-B541-D2DEA6070BB7.jpegB29C7B7C-58D0-49F4-80EB-DBD501D7D170.jpeg39EA9C98-2AEB-4050-8F7D-6B11071BAF82.jpeg

Fishing with the grandkids are the best days.

I fished with my brother from Virginia and my uncle that live in Colorado. This has become an annual fishing trip around our mom's birthday.

Fished thurday night friday and saturday. Crushed the fish, bet we caught over 200 fish many in the slot. Biggest was my brothers 25" red.
Most of the trout were 16-19"

Brother even lost his wedding ring cleaning his hands off. spent a bit of time trying to find it, we marked the spot. Went back at the end of the day when the water was clear and the sun was high and bright. within 2 minutes of pulling up the stake he found it.

What an awesome 48hrs of fishing 3 reds and 5 trout thurs, fri was 3 reds and 9 trout, with a quick evening trip to find the ring and drinks on rum island as the sun went down. Then on sat had to pull another airboat off a sticky mud bar on the way out and still caught 3 reds and 4 trout in less then 2.5 hrs.

Hooked 2 nice snook as well, both gave me my hook back.

We went today water is in the mid 50’s,, The bite is red hot!!!
