RESCUE AIRBOAT MINI HELP

Our Zenoah G50 took a dump on our fire department rescue boat and need help replacing engine or boat. Its a 14' aluminum. We would really like a 4 stroke as the Zenoah was touchy and when we are doing rescues in a hurry or in winter it was extremely temperamental. A little more power would be nice too. The Zenoah would barely move us. Usually a driver, a rescuer, and 1-2 victims. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. We are a small department and our funding this with our own association money. 8-10k looking to spend on repairing or replacing. Thank you!

We are in Southwest Michigan. Mostly running shallow river and ice water rescues.

I do not have any pictures on me. The engine was on it is toast. It was around 45-50hp 2 stroke that was never very reliable. We are looking for a replacement powertrain. Something reliable, hopefully a little more power and need to watch weight. Not sure if something exists or not but if it does seems like you guys might be able to point us in the right direction.
