I am glad to share with you reversible prop that we made. Max engine power for this kind of prop is 140HP

We deal with a slightly higher horsepower factor in some cases x 15 but the hub is a great idea for untuned blades that may need a fractional degree to tune correctly. Tracking with a rubber mallet is our answer to pinch a prop correctly?

Yes it is plenty of big blocks in US. Next year we are going to make bigger hub for 250HP, but obviously it is still out of your league. The original idea for this particular system is to make boat move astern and to make kind of brake when riding on the ice. But we have another controller to tune pitch step by step
 
It is very interesting Andrew and may prove to be profitable one day. In the United States most of our product need could be covered by a design capable of working up to 750hp. I estimate that 90% if not more auto powered applications are less than 750hp should you be of interest.

I was referring to some twin turbo small blocks. Not many can afford to really do up a big block let alone fill the tank to support it, other than trailer queens .

So far as I understood 70-80inch sensenich and Ww blades are most suitable and popular for less&equal 750HP
I have few questions to estimate design of hub
Please let me know if you know the below
1. What is approx static thrust of 3 blade prop of 750HP?
2. What is approx weight of one blade 80inch?
3. What is diameter and length of blade shank, are shanks of sensenich and Ww blades the same?
4. If anybody have drawing of redrive prop flange for 750HP, please share.
5. If anybody knows distance between shank and gravity center of blade, please share
