Rigging Question

I have done some work on the airboat and added a bow rake. Now I notes after up on plain, when I accelerate the bow appears to drop slight. I can also see that the wake from boat start to travel forward to the bow. I was not sure to raise the bow do you add a washer in the rear mount. I have room to move the engine back about 3 to 4 inches. which would think would be better.

Back of the motor needs to go up ! Or! Front needs to go do down ! Pick your poison !Moving the rigging back mite !Know the other will work !

The bow rake weight is 40 lbs, I also replaced the engine and the new engine is about 35lbs more. I believe that the boat was riding bow heavy from the beginning, with the increase in hp and toqure it is more noticeable.

check the motor level with the last 4 ft of the bottom ,might raise it up a 1/4 bubble and try that first ,a floor jack might be needed .
