Well, Good News. I am moving out of Ft. Lauderdale on the 31st May. I found a House on the Far East Side of Orlando right on 520. Do we have any SA memebers that could show me around. I would like to learn the area. Looks like a great place to Airboat. I know I am close to Lone Cabbage fish camp.

Anyone interested in taking a ride out there in a few weeks?

Once the water comes up we usually head down that way quite often,well have to hook up.Right know, weve been staying north of Loughman pretty much.Around the Econ and Harney north up the river.You may want to join the Seminole County Airboat Club,I hear they put together some good stuff.

I am only 40 min From Malabar Rd in Palm Bay. I think my House is 17 miles from I-95.
I am right betwen 520 and 528.
 
I LAUNCH OUT OF LONE CABBAGE A LOT. BY BOAT SHOULD BE READY SOON. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SHOW AROUND. MY DAD JUST BOUGHT A CABIN ON 4 ACRE OF LAND OFF LAKE POINSETT. CABIN EVEN HAS AC. YOU GOT TO RUN DRY A LITTLE BIT TO GET THERE, BUT IT IS PRETTY NICE.

Sounds like from there, you'll be running the St. Johns from hwy 50 or 520 some. That's the area I've been running for years. I think you'll love it....I know I do.

We'll have to get together & do a little running.
 
Yeah, I would love to ride with you guys. I will be moved into the house over the next couple weeks. I am really looking forward to it. I will be there for the next two years before I head back to Texas.
 
Hey Faron get a hold of us as well. The ride from Lake Washington to Lone Cabbage was nice and vice versa. Cannot wait until the water comes up. We rode from Lone Cabbage to Loughman with swampjet, moodfood, and Laura a couple of months ago and had a good time.
 
Laura & I are up for ridin' that area too Faron. Always a pleasure to be around a class act such as yourself. And I want to get a closer look at that big beautiful orange boat of yours. ;)

I know on my list of things to do is explore the area south of Lone Cabbage a little more. We rode it once on a cold December day (the Toy Run) and it was beautiful. Vowed then to do it again when the weather is nicer.

Glad you'll be a neighbor around these parts... at least for a little while.

I look forward to your move Faron. I am anxious to meet you and ride on some of the sweetest marsh and river there is!

There is a LOT of airboaters in the area, WAY more than you see on the forum. Boating in Brevard is fun and easy.

Faron, I live in cocoa and run that area about once a week. I'm still fairly new to this but anytime you want to ride just let me know.I run south from lake poinset to lake winder almost every wed. night. SAFARI
 
Im planning a Seminole County club ride in July with Chris and Dakota as our giudes.We are going 192 south.You are more than welcome.I'll let you know on the date.
