Are you OK.

Heard from one of my guides that you dropped your boat on the bottom of Winder, then the tow boat ran out of fuel.

Looks like it wasn't a good day for any of us, since he spun the prop on the jonboat.

RICKY,
FIRST THING, WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW IF YOU CAN SWIM BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN WALK OUT.
SECOND THING, D-BREWSTER IS GOING TO BE MAD TREATING THE CONFEDERATE FLAG LIKE THAT. EVERY REDNECK KNOWS THAT YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO GET THE FLAG WET.
THIRD THING, BEING AS IT IS M.L.K. DAY YOU MIGHT CONSIDERING GOING TO THE QUARTERS AND CHANGING YOUR LUCK.
SORRY BRO. COULDN'T RESIST.
THANKS
BIG GOBBLER
P.S. NOT EVEN GOING TO GET STARTED ABOUT IT BEING A CAR MOTOR WANTA BE AIRBOAT.

First off Chris -You just had to take pictures didn't you!!!
New record for this motor 5 hrs. and sunk it due to my own stupidity
MSD WARNING for those of you that are running one be aware that if it starts to act up be careful because it will fail shortly. While tuning the new motor we noticed that the rev. limiter was kicking in sooner than it should have ( 5000 rpm with the 6000 chip in) being that I set my prop to only turn 4800 didn't think it would hurt. BOY WAS I WRONG Went to go in the water and the nose plowed under ( just like it always does) but when I went to power out of it the limiter kicked in and started to shut down cylinders so I had no power to get out of it and down we went.
2 am on the coldest night of the year so far but all were OK just wet. Walked about 1.5 - 2 miles for help and got the other guys picked up before the hypothermia kick in ( BARELY) my buddy Lyle with his Kicker boat got it out of the channel in the morning before anyone ran into it and got Chris and a friend of his to show up with the airboats to get it on dry ground. Lyle then pulled me in that afternoon only to run out of gas right in the middle of Lake Pointsett on a windy day with 2 ft swells ( almost sunk it again) . Thanks to the friend of Capt. Jeff we got in before any more bottom of the lake adventures. Got the boat home and drained all the fluids, but when I started it up its smoking BAD outta one side so I guess I wasn't quick enough to shut it down so now I have 3 broke motors.
Everyone know that guy MURPHY and his law well ifin ya multiply that by ten then you'll get
SAFARI SYNDROME :D :D :D
Aint a Quitter and I sure as hell aint quitting now I'll be out of action for a while but I'll be back. Hind sight-at least it didn't happen in middle river or the middle of one of the lakes I run, at least this was somewhere that I was able to get the boat back.
Well I'm going back out on the river to try and salvage whats left of my yearly vacation, BOATLESS, OH WELL, dog week starts tomorrow Think I'll feel better once I get to kill sumthin.
