Salty Morning

Headed out today with (3) three of my regulars from the God awful state of New Jersey this morning.

The shooting was fast & furious @ first light with (4) four mottleds & (5) five GWT down on the salt.

After watching the fog bank roll in from the north, shooting slowed down a bit.

It socked us in good & @ times we couldn't see the dekes just (40) forty yards away.

When it was all over & done with, we added (2) two bills & a merg to our bag.

Tomorrow is black bellies, foulvous & teal!!!

I'm headed out in the morning. It's funny I saw that fog and thought I was lucky not to be going out. Sounds like y'all did good....except for the merganser. Whew! They are a can of cat food with wings.

Made it to the boat ramp by 0500. Slow staring engine, then major overload on the fuel and some rough engine noise. Guess I'll be calling Dave's Airparts. Any idea if he's still in St. Cloud? I heard he moved to Lake Wales.

yes dave is still in st cloud and he has a new shop on kokamo rd in lake hamilton . but i think he is gone for the weekend
