The Indian river isn’t airboat friendly around that area. It’s deep and gets choppy. And the folks living along the banks don’t like the noise. But there are tons of other options in the St. John’s, not far from where you’re staying. One option is lake Washington Park, which is about 5 to 6 miles from there as the crow flies. Other options would be north to 520 area or south to 192 or three forks management area.
