Sensenich 2- blade H

Anyone out there have any problems with a two blade acting like it is cavitating? After 2500 rpms it just seems to fall off. I have tried changing the pitch where I can only turn it 2600, 2850, and 3000. No matter where I set it does the same thing. So we put it on another boat with the same motor and it does the same thing. any suggestions, This is the first sensenich I've had that will hardly push.

I would just get in contact with Sench. and let them know . I am sure they will take care of the problem for ya

That is my next step. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem. Am running a warp drive for the meantime. The difference is unreal.

Yeah thats odd I run a power shift ,but have never heard anything bad about sench. props . The only reason I do not run one is the deal I got on my power shift aka water walker. Good luck with figuring out

A buddy of mine used to run a 68" 2 blade h series on a 160hp 290 and it pushed his boat real well. He spun it up about 2900 and it would run a 10.5ft glass hull up BS hill no problem.

A160 hp 290? Wow!! I had one that was 145 , but 160, whew. ........ I swung a 70" two-blade on that motor and it performed real well.

i run a 3 blade psr 78, when i put it on the first time i set it where the engine would only turn up to 5000 rpm. 2 to 1 so the prop is turning 2500. the prop wouldn't push at all, and was extreamly loud. i put enough pitch in the prop to bogg the engine down at 4600 rpm and that solved the loudness and the push problem. i run dry and can jump up on the bank with no problem , more pitch worked for me,
