Bigtime experiment here....just bought a webcam and it's streaming pictures from my wireless laptop. Right now, me & Scooter's rigging my boat inside Diamondback's shop.

Picture should refresh every 15 seconds.

If this thing works, it might be a cool thing for broadcasting airboats events online.

Update: The webcam is shut down for now so all you'll see now is the last image taken.

How cool is THAT ?! I was able to sit right here on the porch and watch y'all install the seats and gas pedal.

No doubt...video's coming someday soon. Right now I'm trying to learn about the bandwidth requirements and such.

Grant, soon as I learn a little more about the bandwidth requirements I'm pretty sure we'll doing video w/sound. Only thing that we'll need is a wireless internet connection.

May have to setup a Sawgrass U someday.

This is great.....don't know about Sawgrass U and keeping with the family friendly theme...
We tend to get a little carried away from time to time :oops:
10-4 on the refreshments....just gotta be careful with heat, drink lots of water and stay hydrated, it has been horrible hot the past few days!
 
It says it's refreshing every five seconds, but the first and only
photo I see is from 12:13 and wont seem to update.
I wondered about gittin this computer from a barn sale,
but they swor it was a good un.

Its actually videos you can record with your camera and upload it to your computer and everyone can view it no matter what type of internet connection you have. Your working with one of the best!Scooter is good man,I know his dad real well.His dad does riggin in his garage that you can`t beat! Him and his dad have forgot more about airboats than most of us will ever know!Now if his dad will let his back heal this time,I`llprobably have him build the riggin for my 150 8)
