Splined E-225 crank question

Who's the go-to to have a "splined" E-225 crank milled and a custom flange made and attached? Preferably near Vero Beach? Lastly, What would be an approximate cost to have this done?

Yea, I knew Robert did flanges, but I just assumed he probably had someone do his fabrication... didn't think he had the actual machines to do it himself... I could be completely wrong of course.

Additionally, Robert takes a lot of time to get things done... sometimes months.

Lastly, he completely lied to me several years ago, so I've lost trust in what he'll say... let alone dropping a nice part off and hoping to get that same part back...

Sorry to hear that. I've always had good work done by him. I do agree he is a little slow but other than that I have gotten quality work back.

He does do clean work.. I've seen many boats he built in the past.

The issue I had years ago was over an engine... he tried to deter me from buying an engine (from another individual), telling me it had a "bent crank and it lost its oil pressure". He told me this because he wanted the engine back, as he used to own it, and his son let it slip out his fingers. We'll just leave that story in the past...

27 years later, to this day, that engine is still running. Of course, it does need a new top end, as the leak down pressures are in the toilet, but still runs great and has great oil pressure.
