Any locals suggest where to ride there? I’m planning a Mid June trip and would appreciate any suggestions. Simple stuff like where to launch, couple of suggested runs, etc. also, can one scallop off an airboat or are the scalloping sites not around the air boating areas? I’ve never scalloped so maybe it’s best just to take a guide boat out but thought I’d ask.

You can put in at Hagans or Dallaus they are in a wma ,, the whole coast is rideable,, be careful there are Rocks!!!! Scalloping is easy just go where all the boats are.

You can also put in south of steinhatchee at Rocky run the section south of there is beautiful.

But Hagan is a nice area I have run from there to Dallaus a few time. Haven't alot of rocks but the ones I did see area nasty

I spend most of my time around waccassassa bay - Lowes bay to cedar key area
