Stuck near puzzle lake

Well-known member
Just wondering if anyone is out near puzzle lake today. I am broke down. Chevy motor, think the dist module went out 4 prong. Bobby 386-451-1544

I did. Had a couple great guys haul us back and towed the boat. Does anyone know if sea tow or tow boat tow airboats back if you get a membership

Many of the places we run, it would be easier to get a wrecker in than it would any boat Sea Tow owns

I am new to airboating so don't know many people to ride with or call when I am in need. Just thought there might be a companies out there that did tows. When I had my other boat and ran offshore I had sea tow just incase

Best advice I can give you (I speak from experience) is to join a local airboat club (I have a membership with a couple of clubs). There are many great clubs out there that are always looking for new members. Another lesson learned by me years ago, don't go out alone. At least if there's 2 boats, you have a better chance at getting back in and getting help. A lot of places we airboat don't have cell service, and as previously stated, you can't always reach an airboat with an outboard.

There's quite a few of us out on Puzzle every week. I was out there Sunday myself. Whenever I see a boat sitting alone I always circle towards them a give em a thumbs up, if they return with the same I know they're ok. Don't be shy, wave to any airboater and chances are they will come to you. we put in at the Gator just about every weekend so there's always someone to help out.
Big Deck Cruisin...

I did join Seminole club at the gator. Called 5 people Sunday and no response. I was on a back trail called the Indian grounds. Did not see a boat all day. I definitely try to go out with someone else but they cancelled last minute

On this forum there is a list of different areas of the state for people to post there info if they are are willing to help. I keep a copy in my boat for my area.

They will tow but you have to be in the water. I have covrage on my bay boat so they also cover my air boat. Now if you up on a trail they wont come get you. If your in the lake or the river yes.
