super highway???????????

I was out last weekend and the one lane section beginning near Hatbill Park was completely dry. The water will have to come up quite a bit before that entrance is wet.

I took a ride behind Bear's Bluff where northern most lane crosses the river and connects to the main two lane portion. I rode about 1/4 or 1/2 a mile in on the southbound lane when the trail went dry. It's likely that it was wet further down the trail but I decided to head back. I'm sure the rain from this week has helped.

Yep, the water needs to come up some more before that northern-most end of the trail is wet.

But I gotta say, - with this water level Puzzle lake is a SKINNY WATER PLAYGROUND!!!! Hundreds of acres - check that - THOUSANDS of acres of ankle deep water over shin-high grass.

What a BLAST!!!!!

:D

Water everywhere,I rode from Possum Bluff to Loughman in less than 45 minutes.I had to hall back real quick to make prior deal. But the riding today was outstanding.Hardly no channel running.Wish we would have left earlier.

520, we were heading to catfish when y'all were pulling up. I told skeeter I thought that may have been you. We ended up riding to lone cabbage and ran tosohatchee back.Ilike the water the way it is right now. Not to deep and not to dry.We are making that run again monday with skeeter, his son,and KR23. If you have the day off come on out.
