Thank You Sensenich

I just wanted to give a big thank's to the folks at Sensenich for all the help they gave me with my prop situation, after I got my boat repowered with the new WaterThunder LS6 and put the 2.68 gearbox on my boat Thunder and I decided that a two blade Q series was the way to go but the motor ended up being a bit much for the prop and it did not preform the way I expected, the motor was turning more RPM's than I wanted it to for the speed I was getting plus there were some blemishes on the prop that normaly would be no big deal to most folks but because I work with the state and feds doing Rescue work the boat is well looked over and inspected so the Blemishes had to be addressed so I talked to Don and Charly at Sensenich and told them what my situation was and without hesatation they told me to send the prop back and about a week and a half later, I not only was given a great deal on a three blade set up but they refinished the two blades that I all ready had and they looked Beautiful but they also cut the blade length down so it would remain 78 " and sent me the third blade and hub to go with it and made me an offer I could not refuse to switch over. I put the new prop set up on this week end and after I set the pitch and tracked the blade tips and the motor was turning the RPM that I wanted, it was off to the river to try it out and need less to say I was shocked at the performance differance between the three blade over the two blade the boat had unbelievable snap and power and the big thing it was real Quit, I even got real brave and tried it on some wet river sand and to my surprise it went accross it efortlessly and I could not tell a whole lot of differance between dry ground and the water so it would be a understatment to say that I was pleased with the results and with the service I got from Sensenich the are an Awesome company to deal with

They are a great bunch of guy's and are always trying to improve their product. Also they are the ONLY people really trying to make their props quite they jumped on that market FIRST. I have tried and know of other people trying different things and Sensenich stepped up and worked with us. Some other prop manufactures are building exactly what they were ten years ago. The swept blade is the best thing going for us airboaters right now!

Yea I just wonder what they will have in another year or two at the rate they are going I'm sure it will be good

Sensenich has a couple of BIG advantages in the prop business .....

1.) They've been making props for aircraft for years. There is no substitute for experience, and they have a lot of it.

2.) They have a business that isn't dependent on the small airboat market, so they have the capital to do the research

3.) They've always made a top quality product. It's just the way they do things, and it shows in all of the stuff they're building for us.

Me personally, I'll probably never try to run anything else. I like everything I know and hear about them. They'll listen and they'll work with you. No one can ask more than that.
