Well, You guys have been helping me work through this for a couple months. Finally got tired of waiting to go to the river to try it out, and just kicked it off in the yard to see if I was close.
I am still having the mash the hell out of the gas pedal to get the throttle cable to open and close completely, but I have bought a new one, and just haven't put it on yet. Let's see if this works. 16 X 8 - 454 - Whirlwind Prop - 5000(engine)rpms
