Have sanded the boat with 1000 grit and was wanting to know the best way to polish the hull and not have streaks got a 7 in high speed polisher. any ideas would help. almost shines good with out any polish

Try some Mother's, it's supposed to be great for aluminum

Product called WEENALL I think I spelled it right. Awesome on aluminum but I can only find it in small tubes. Good luck

Hey CC,
Try searching the net under aircraft aluminium polishing.
I did that when I was trying to do the same thing on the deck of my boat.
I found alot of good info, tools, and products on the subject, but wound up using sandpaper like you. Then finnishing it with never-dull wadding polish,
Turned out real nice.

At least it was good enough for who it was for.
