I know the last couple days , been trying for some, JUST ON A LIGTHER NOTE !When they change to CDL s they said dont worry you are grandfather in , I said cool . take a written test , you can drive anything. I said cool , Your grandfather in . Down the road from this guy had a speader service . People moved around thats said that is dangerous . The county said he was here before you . He is grandfather in . Cant do nothing They build houses around our airport poeple now trying to moved the airport . Make a story short ,About twenty things in my life I have heard they are grandfather in I was wondering Where do we fit in here . Its seems that some of us are grandfather in . Rite Sounds good to me ! You know the funny thing about all of this in this county I live in I cant even airboat around our the airport . I cant ,just understand ! Thunder, good Idea anti air boater rake ,No wander you are the man ! :D :shock:put my order for three big ones .I want the self cleaners please !
 
I will build some extra large capacity rakes for ya. One of my neighbors is the largest anti airboaters in Brevard. He has shot at airboaters pulled guns on them and threatened several people with deadly force. Here is what pisses me off like most retirees this guy doesn’t work so he has all day to harass me my family and all my neighbors he has several lawsuits against the Sheriffs, St Johns water management and others. He somehow claims disability so he is a welfare baby that sits on his ass all day harassing the working people. The sheriffs avoid all contact with him and he doesn’t work so he puts an enormous amount of effort into terrorizing our neighborhood. Stuff like calling HRS on a family who has done a wonderful job with their kids. HRS found the call to be fraudulent but wouldn't peruse charges against the caller. He turns everybody into code enforcement for everything. This guy has a trailer in his yard with a unregistered child molester living in it both are illegal, he built out into the water which is illegal and abandons vehicles in the road which is illegal. All of which I know several neighbors have complained about and nothing get’s done. Because he threatens to sue everybody they let him run amuck anyway my point is if were challenged anywhere with our airboat rights we need a lawyer it’s the only way to do things anymore. It hurts me to say that I’m not that type of person I have no use for a lawyer accept maybe as a moving target but lawyers are the way of today’s world. I guess we need to hire a lawyer to protect our airboating rights and I also need one to go after the county for not enforcing its laws onto him as they do the rest of us.

do not exacly know where but he is a lawyer dont know what type but somebody on this forum may know him. i have only heard of him by conversation.they call him maddog.

:D :D I have been working in the development world for quite a few years and have never seen a bribe go down. I always hear rumors of them but usually only from people who do not know the way the system really works.

The "GRANDFATHER" thing is called a non-conforming use, and as long as the use continues with no interruptions it is allowed. If it was to burn down for instance then the chances of it being rebuilt would be slim.

Boating and driving are priviledges not rights. The only reason I say this is so that when making a claim that a right is being taken away and someone comes up with this fact no one will be embarrased. :D :D

Just another reason we need to be in force , The 21st. Just plain math !We can show 30 min early meet and greet ! If they have 50 we need 50 simple math ! You know we spend more money in a weekend to have just a little relax and peace Than they do all month !We have rites , Just like I said earlier The airport been there 100 years build a house next to it and say move the airport ! Hell , lets move all our water some place esle! Dont under stand how this got so far !Our property is the high water mark ! I thought ! rite !
 
i think we are doing this all wrong we should embrace these old yankee's
no offence to the northern people who do airboat they have some sence.
and lets all give them nice"free" airboat rides where the gator gitter hunts and
show them how pond lizards love to eat.
