trailer axle

Ask around some of the older trailer parks. They used to be free. Likely now they arent. At one time they trashed them after delivery but I think now they reuse them. Might find one from an older trailer thats been damaged ro condemed though.

For airbot use I lower them so the trailer sits down so you can actually load a boat in it though.

check with northern tool in tampa or redneck trailer supply or ta mahoneys ,all in tampa, northern has a web site

Email me the inches from center to center on the frame. I have a couple of new axles. I'll see what they are when I get your email. You are one county over from me. I am about 8-9 miles south of Brooksville. Later, Cajun

I built my axle. Someone gave me some hubs off a damaged axle, and I bought new spindles and had them turned so they would fit into a piece of 2" square, 3/16" wall tubing. Cut to length and weld it up. No cutting and splicing involved, and it looks very clean

Give me the size and lug pattern your looking for and I can build it for you.with all brand new parts

All the axles I have are 68-69" from spring mount to spring mount, which is about where the frames would have to be. They won't work for a 7' trailer. Sorry. Cajun

The drop axel from Northern tool have a74 inch spring C/L , an axel of your width will need a round tube of at least 2 3/8 od with a 3/16 wall thickness , spindles can be had at northern tool. You will need hub face dems. along with overall spindle dems. Spring pads can be made from 2 - 3 inch channel
