tunnel hull

I think Predator makes a hull with a very small type of tunnel hull action...maybe Clayton Tyler or Predator himself can explain it better.

Tunnel hull on a airboat? if it was aluminum outboard boats I could tell you about tunnels but the only thing close I can think of ever see was that old glass aircat (think that's the name) and it was some what like a catamaran fast bot but was only good in deep water
 
I'm not even sure I'd call that Predator I mentioned a tunnel hull...it just has a center section that is something like 20 inches wide and goes from 0" to 1/4" from the front to the rear. It's SCARY FAST and it's a slider on the hill!!!!

There used to be a few small tunnel full decks that had small AC motors that ran in the glades ,havent seen the guy in about 5 years down there .Buddy of mine has added 2 skis to the front of his step and one in the center after the step ,seemed to help with lift on topend .
