I'm thinking about taking a vacation this coming Jan.2007 to Everglades City.
Can anyone tell me a good place to stay ? Also need a good fishing guide.

Dont know how long your stay/vacation will be but contact Jan Brock at Glades realty . There are some nice houses for rent on the water .
Her husband is a captain , I think he still fishin .
Great time of year to vacation down here.

River Rat: There are some really nice cabins across from Everglades National Park. There is a boat dock and bait store there too. And you have to try the Shrimp Scampi at the Oyster House it is the best!
