Yes they do. A good trade name to look for is Hartzel but there are several others. Including Sensenich.
Remember that these props are made for aircraft and are generally metal props, so plan your weight, length and pitch accordingly. Plenty of them out there including pusher models.
You'll find the cost skyrockets with variable pitch over fixed pitch, but if ya got the bucks, nothing wrong with cleaning out the boat every now and then. Hold onto your hat, dog, and kids when ya reverse it though !
A LOT of small aircraft that have controllable pitch props are actually using whats called a constant speed prop and this prop will not reverse. So just because it has a pitch control does not mean it can reverse. Typically you will see these constant speed props on small planes that have 180-200 HP or more. I dont know where to BEGIN looking for reversable props though. You might find someone here with a commercial pilots license or A&P cert that can tell ya where to begin looking and what planes you will find them in.
