Warp Drive Style Hub on C85 Tapered Shaft?

Hello everyone,

I have a C-85 engine on my airboat and am replacing the propeller with a three blade variable pitch composite prop. I've already ordered the prop and am very excited about it. The company I've ordered the prop from is going to put 3 inch holes in the hub so it will fit over the tapered crankshaft. It hasn't arrived yet but I'm wondering if there is something else to be done to make the new hub fit.

I'm not expert so any advice is welcomed.

It should bolt right up to the hub with correct bolts

I had a 3 blade warp on a 65 cont on an old wildcat 11' hull I used for duck hunting..it worked great and no it would not run the hill...
