What a weekend,
Camp Mack was awesome...the accomodations were excellent, and everyone who works for them were nice people.

I hate lovebugs.....

KRVSA put on a nice event.
Who ever mowed the shoreline should be commended as well.

Rick chickened out on me Friday night.

The locals put glue on the ground @ the Milk Bus...never been on anything so sticky in my life.

J Dotsons wife drank all my beer.......

That little airboat is bad arse..

Took a look at thunders motor work, looks real nice..

I really hate lovebugs...

The airboat hill jump down by polluted waters was awesome.

The coffee in the rooms @ Liars lodge wasn't strong enough to cancel out that headthumping going on in my head Saturday morning.

Driving at night without a throttle return spring was fun, Geneva I owe you one..

Moodfoods maps are awesome.

Basketcase has a lot of energy......as well as a lot of propellors on that boat.

My upper deck turned into a disco floor both nights.

The swim across the river ditch is longer than you think it is @ 2AM.

We brought way too much food.

Either Cntry or Stan had an interesting propane experience??

Looking forward to the races...

Hey Rich now you know why I left her at the bus! :D I'll be sure and put some cold ones in your cooler the next time I see you. The airboat stunt man was one of the ten boats in my group. JB just didn't perceive the hill to be a ramp at the time!

Rich I must of missed you Fri night. The wife and I rode with team basketcase. I had lot fun Fri night Wish I could have been there on Sat. But things happin for one reson or another. It wasn't ment for me to be there. I gess.
I am glad to see that everyone had a good time.

You can bet your last doller on SAO folks that you will have a SUPER DOOPER time. If you don't their is something lose it your head.

You're not kidding there!

Maybe it should be renamed the GLUE BUS!!!

Heck, even stan got stuck there last ummm.... whenever.

Red - i missed a chance to say how nice it was to finally meet ya. Great looking boat you have. Tip-o-the hat to you!!! It especially looked good up on plane. Straight, level, with the boat's bottom half on and half above the water.

I ripped my pants jumping up into your truck when I was backing down the ramp. It's been a while since I had a truck that tall.... and I had not yet got that "hop" back.

Rich, you party dog!!! You know how to relax. Large time.

Next time. FOR SURE!!!!

Great report Rich.

matt.

Had a great time meeting and hanging with your group Rich. Ya'll ain't right!!! 2am in the morning, running the canal towards Camp Mack. What do you see???? 2 full moons!!!! Great time!!! :thumbright:

Sorry we missed you Rich. Would have been nice to meet you. Jdotson, saw your rig when we walked back to our boat Sunday morning. Sorry we missed you as well. We were all over the place Saturday. Had a great time with everyone. Love ya Skeeter and I think Jose needs to be retired. LOL

Stan had the propane incident with my help LOL I screwed the bottle on the grill, he had the lid closed and the valve open, bad combination. LOL but he caught it before he lit it and thought he had it under control but never underestimate mr. propane , I was setting my tent up and whoomp I looked up and there was stan flat on his butt about 6 feet from the grill. He wasn't hurt and we all had a good laugh over it. Dinner came off without a hitch except for too much food as usual.

Big daddy called with the offer for a second round of frog legs but we were right in the middle of setting up camp and cooking dinner. We had the campfire blazing and no way to leave it all in progress.

The buzzards had the last meal at drasado oaks on sunday morning, we should rename it buzzards roost, LOL there had to be a hundred of them cleaning up the place.

Yes Dakota Jose and I are over. And thanks for the helping hand Sat night you and Chris are the best.Don't forget about my flag.LOLBasket, Dawn,Bravo,Bandit,Bonnie,Mood,Cntry,Stan,Cheryl,Rick,Uncle it was great seeing you guys again. And Red,Rich ,Jdotson,Plumcrazy it was great meeting you guys and I'm sure I missed someone, it was great finally putting faces with the names.I cant forget my buddies from West Palm John,Naomi,Scott,Craig.Leann and I had a great weekend.Cant wait to get btogether again.

thanks skeeter,i was most impessed with your boat that preadator looks awsome im stealing afew things on my next project, idont care what the wife thinks im selling purple, the airboat stunt man got stoped by polk co. sheriff sat aboat 10pm on the west side of kissemee me and roscoe pulled right next to em before we knew it, thank god jb was a ex deputy and knew both of them we kept them busy talking all the desturbing details aboat that poor k9 cop all an all last weekend is sure one for the old memory banks ,.

Cheryl and I had a lot of fun , made new friends and got together with old ones this weekend.I reckon thats what livins all about. I did notice one amazing thing that happened saturday. I observed cntry thinkin on his seat so to speak ,he whitnessed a man and woman in the process of sinkin there boat and before it went down he had gathered up rope and while his rider held the bow up above the water he managed to attach the rope to the bow of the sinkin boat. Now with the boat completly submerged and more airboaters arriving on the scene jumping off there boats and running to grab a hold on the rope, the boat was pulled to dry land in just a matter of couple of minutes. I must say that when it comes to helping out, airboaters jump to it.

Yeah I forgot my manners and didnt ask him ahead of time if he minded me tyin off his boat but he said later he was ok with it. Merles stepson chris was wonderin what we were gonna do as I changed course for the sinker and I told him grab the rake and hold it up as best he could. that was easier than tellin him to find my tow rope in the front deck with three hatches to look in. He is a good kid and did just what he was told. Time was a little short at that point and a second explanation would have been too late. I was mad cause I couldn't get it hooked to my boat before it went all the way under arthiritus mkes me a little slow on the get go these days.

I mentioned to him if that ever happened again he should really consider headin for the bank no matter how hard he hit it it would be better than bein at the bottom of a 30' deep canal. I think he said that was only his second time drivin an airboat, well he got one of the biggy's out of the way right away. His wife was a little shookup and probably he was also. we took off after it was high and dry and everyone gave them the to do list to make it go again.

Nobody got hurt nothin got lost, we even fisehed his cooler out for him on our way to the bank after throwin the rope to the guys and gals on shore. Woody from lake county had his hand operated bilge pump goin and the plugs were pulled out faster than woody could chnage into his thong swim suit, I bet the engine was still warm on that thing.

For those who don't know ... please don't turn sharp in a circle in deep water, and if you do, don't try it twice and certainly don't try it three times because bad bad things happen very quickly. There was one boat went down close to there a few years back and I don't think it has been found yet and that guy hadn't even got the title back on it before it was gone.

Happy slidin and hope he makes it back on the trails again soon.

IVE BEEN UP SIDE DOWN MORE THAN ILL ADMIT, BUT NEVER WENT DOWN IVE PULLED MY BROTHER OFF THE BOTTOM TWICE. SAT I WAS IN THE LITTLE BOAT BEHIND MY SON IN MY BIG CAD HE STOP IN THE CANAL TO LET TRAFFIC THIN I STOPED THE WATER WAS LIKE THE OCEAN HE TOOK OFF STOLE THE AIR OFF MY PROP , IGOT THE WORST TORGE ROLL IVE EVER FELT . STARTED TAKING ON WATER. ICAN TELL YOU STOMP IT AND HEAD TO THE BANK ITS THE ONLY SOLUTION I SURE THOUGHT I WAS GOING SWIMMING

Rich,

I'm with ya man! Today is 4 weeks fightin the love bugs, still pullin em out of my teeth from Friday night ride

Geneva, Good news! Ms Wizard let me post the Skeeter/Cuervo pics on E-Bay! Highest bidder for some really good blackmail pics :D

Basketcase

I'm not sure which is worse....the Sunday morning after the big shindig on Saturday :eek:ccasion5: or the Monday after knowing it's time to get back to work while memories of the weekend are still surfacing after surviving Sunday. LOL Some people are remembering after reading posts on here. Hahaha! :drunken:

Hey Rich, you gotta tell me about those burgers again. I'm going to have to get some of those.

Well, took a better look at the boat today, the girls wore out the non skid on the upper deck dancing ALL night long. I guess that explains why my throttle return spring broke loose and the boat was flooded to hell when I tried to start it.

The love buys are in every nook and cranny from top to bottom.

Somehow or another a FULL beer survived Saturday night getting lost in one of my compartments, Immediately I rushed him into a colder holding area.

The burgers you speak of are none other than KOBE beef burgers. One of my buddies is a work out finattic and thought he would buy some of the meat for the weekend, they were awesome except for the mixed mosquitos and whatever else was flying at the time when they were on the grill.

I'm glad the propane thing turned out to be something we could laugh at..is Stan missing any hair? Those eyebrows take a long time to come back in..

Cntry may be smart, but he was having a go at putting up that new tent of his. ...glad I could help you put the poles through the openings in the sleeves. Between the two of us we managed to find the openings.

I"m disappointed the G String didn't come out this weekend??

I forgot to mention the breakfast down by the ramp at camp Mack, saved the day for me. We'll be back for sure.

A couple of guys in Palm Beach boats at the bus got to see more than they bargained for when they left....if they are listening YOU know what I'm talking about..

Now I know why the locals run to and off the hill as fast as they do, that grass is whicked stuff.

I might need to figure out a way to add some ponies to my rig if I'm gonna keep up with the little boats, or ask my wife to pack a little lighter next trip.

Wish we could have rode Sunday as nice as the weather was.

I'll post more as the memories comes back..

Rich I really didn't mean to drink all your beer. I told you I had some on the way but you brought more over. Sorry about it man I will pay you back next time we meet. Besides I was just trying to lighten your boat so you could make it off the bus. LOL :D

I second everything you guys said...almost everything....that propane thing is a little scary. glad your ok stan.

As always the KRVSA outdid themselves. Thanks to all.

Red Dwarf, it was great meeting you and your sweet little boat.

The weekend was awesome. Great weather, great company(you all know who you are) and too much food and just enough beer.

Way too many love bugs. They musta been eating the mosquitos!

That moon took my breath away Friday night! It was absolutely gorgeous.

Skeeter......I felt for you man, we've all been there.

I am ready for the next one........
