i was wondering what should the oil pressure and oil temperature be on my engine. engine is a continental 6 cylinder aircraft motor.. would like to also know what is the correct oil to run in aircraft engines.

We have a Continental E-225 / 0-470. It carries only about 10 - 15 lbs. when hot. My Lycoming carries about 35 when hot.

As far as what type to run, I use the AeroShell 100 (red label) in my 470. Don't know if that's the only kind you can use but it's all I'll use.
