What's happened to Hoffman Airboats?

Has Hoffman gone out of business? I heard they were having trouble. Their web site is not responding and no answer on phone.
 
Last time I drove by they where close. They where up at the swapmeet at GTO selling lots of stuff. So I would say there closed
 
They are in the process of going out of business. I called over their the other day and they picked up the phone. They sold their molds to a man in Okeechobee. She told me that he is in the process of getting set up and should be selling boats soon.
 
A couple months ago, there was an ad on the trader for their molds. Selling them as a set for $60k

It was sort of sad at the swap meet seeing an entire manufacturer's inventory (or what was left of it) laying on a gray tarp on the ground.
