Where can i get good seat shells?

not sea shells, seat shells. i'm lookin for a single and a double. i would like to get some decent ones, cuz mine are all warped. and how do they look right out of the mold as far as the gel coat? do they have to be painted to look good?
 
yeah from what i heard, bobby and them were complaining that they couldn't get good shells. but you know how that goes, could be all hear-say.

do you know how much cottonmouth gets for them?
 
Really that's weird I don't know what cotton mouth get for them but I can find out real easy if you want me to

I had a fellow in Lake county suppose to be building me a pair and he kept putting me off till now and he won't return my calls. Every time I talk to him he was gonns finish my second one the following day or next. Never have gotten them. Glad I didn't have anything invested except a bunch of calls. Cajun
 
yeah i'd appreciate it 520. i guess i could call them, not til wed. and i guess thats if he's open this week at all.

Sinlgles are 55 and doubles are 75 from Cotton mouth
 
I am not saying you have to purchase anything from us at all but I would buy them from a reputable boat builder or someone that sells these parts all the time. Just my opinion.

thanks guys. i'm headin to colorado tomorrow, so i'll probably be gettin some next week when i get back.

i don't know where i'm gonna get from yet. i'll check em all out and see which ones i think look the best for the best price. and will work the best for me.
 
im looking for a fat boy and a double with cushions and covers what kind of price range would i be looking at

Here's the deal, bought mine last April, he builds Alumitec seats (contoured), and Diamondback's (square). Singles, fatboys, doubles, triples. I paid 275.00 for the seat shells, cushions (black and silver diamond stitch with embroidery), and raincovers. That was for a single and a double. 35.00 for the single shell and 55.00 for the double. First class quality, shiny black gel-coat with no scratches, can be seen in my gallery. The person that makes the seat shells did not do my cushions. If your interested in either number just pm me. (Prices could have changed since April, have used these suppliers several times with no problems.)
